To send us a support request
Use any of the following 4 methods: they will all raise a support ticket in Zendesk.

Follow us on Twitter and send a direct message (DM) to : @creativeblogsuk (note: in order to use this method we need to follow you back first, so if the request is urgent, use one of the other methods, unless you know that we are following you already).
Click on the big green Help button at the bottom right corner of the page.
Remember: when sending us a support request always include the address of the blog that you want help with.
To take full advantage of the features of Zendesk you will want to create a login for yourself on our Zendesk here (click "Sign In" and then follow the links for new users). In time the Help Centre will be viewable by logged in users only but we'll leave it public while we populate it.
This a new platform to us, and it's early days, so we'll still respond to emails and phone calls, but in time we'll be switching all support to Zendesk. This will allow us to put support right into your blogsite's dashboard so you'll be able to view and contribute to the Help Centre and raise support tickets from within your blogsite.
