When setting up your blogsite for the first time the creation of user accounts can be time consuming. The “Add Multiple Users” plugin is a useful addition as it allows, among other things, for admins to create user accounts on their blogs in bulk through the import of a .csv file. As long as the .csv file is formatted correctly it is a relatively straightforward task and well within the compass of most admins. It’s worth noting that you need to create separate spreadsheets for each separate blog, and it pays to spend a little time in getting your spreadsheets organised because once they are set up they are extremely useful at year end when transferring users to new blogs and so on.
